Love this BP, its my go to. Coffee is actually good and staff are lovely. Station os always clean, including the bathrooms.Fuel costs more than other stations in the area but in saying that you're buying a better quality fuel. You get what you pay for.

The quality of the fuel I have used here once did severe damage to my car. It was my exclusive place of refuelling & using only premium fuel, I started having issues with performance and when I took my car to the mechanic the fuel filter was so extremely clogged and dirty if I'd continued using the fuel from this place it'd have done irreparable harm. The staff have also not been up to scratch in my opinion, always seem too busy to do anything for you. Only reason to come here would be for the large array of snacks and drinks inside.

Topped up on fuel, and realised I had forgotten a cooler bag for some things I wanted to pick up. Off handedly asked Rhonda if she could help and she was able to find a small old promotional bag out the back. Saved the day! Thank you so much, excellent customer service in a time where genuine human interaction is increasingly hard to come by.

This garage is shut and the next one into Wollongong so if you need fuel get it before you get to fairy meadow as the next service station is in Wollongong itself the doorIs open it says nothing about being shut I got told by worker's not staff that it's shut I walked from north WOLLONGONG garage to here to top up my fone now I'll have to walk another kilometre signs are not anywhere saying CLOSED just banners so cars can't drive in just like north WOLLONGONG get your fuel before you get on or off the northern distributor or you may pay if I could give no stars I would but it won't process if I was a £¢€¥ you would be disgusted at my foul language I'd had walked 2.3kilometres to get a fone top up

Been a Regular customer for 5 years .We buy Diesel and petrol once a weekBut laterly can not check or pump our tyres up As the tyre tester needs a new valve piece a $10.00 part, we are sure you could afford to fix it, not happy .

I have been their regular customer for more then probably anyone alive . Brilliant service . best coffee and most friendly staff . Well managed busy place !! Great place to meet for business. And like everyone should , treat the staff with respect particularly in busy times . I have seen a 'few very rude customers . to the extreme ....Try it , first great coffee / service end Mt Ousley Rd .

This review is not about the staff but more so the poor poor service from head office. For nearly a week now have been unable to get fuel. Even the poor staff can't get a straight answer about when pumps will be working again. Poor form BP.

Every Saturday i stop in here on my way to work, and every single time im met with such positive attitudes from the staff, regulars or new ones, they're always so happy & polite.Best service station service, ive ever had! Keep it up, it doesn't go unnoticed!!

I have never met a more rude lady that works here ever in my life, I don’t know her name but my experience was at 2:36pm Thursday afternoon 7th July! Horrible horrible customer service!

just ordered 2 vegan Ben & Jerry's - Cookies & Cream + Netflix & Chilled. Cookies and Cream was out of stock so they gave me a vegan Netflix and Chilled, and a *non-vegan* Netflix and Chilled. is this a joke??
