Overpriced for small items, Considering they are not brand new. If you don’t get a quote on a item, they just throw a random high price at you expecting you to pay it. Remember. You don’t have to….There are other places if you want cheap parts. This is not it.

I emailed for a quote on behalf of my son with mental health issues and informed them that the car did not run. I was quoted $400 for the car in which I highlighted the price as non negotiable. They came and convinced my son that they weren’t told about the car not running and ripped him off $50…major rip off especially since I was offered $500 from someone else shortly afterwards. I’d like an explanation but hey this is what you get for trusting a so called reputable company.

Called them for a part. They said they had it in stock and gave me a price. Said I can come the next day and get it. I drove 1 hour to their shop the next day for them to say they don’t sell this part and haven’t had any in stock. Also had to stand at the counter for about 10 minutes to get noticed by a worker
