Very caring nurses who made my stay getting my 4 wisdom teeth taken out relaxing and an easy process, felt very at ease and taken care of

Had a day procedure here today and what a wonderful hospital with lovely, caring staff. Cannot thank them enough! A very positive experience.

We had to wait for 3 hrs before I was called into pre op, ( I know, waiting is synonymous with hospitals) but I explained to one nurse that I couldn't sit too long due to my back pain. She said I unfortunately just had to wait. By the time I was finally called in, I was in excruciating pain & dry retching because of it. Once I got into prep area, The nursing staff were absolutely incredible. One nurse (Kelli) was most upset that nobody had addressed my pain or comfort. From that moment on, I was treated like royalty. They made notes in my file and to my surgeon to make sure I wasn't left sitting the way I was and would be earlier on the list next time. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

My experience has been fantastic. Cannot fault the day surgery team, amazing culture that trickles over into a wonderful patient experience.Care, respect, compassion and a lot of laughter.Thankyou so much for taking care of me!

Had surgery here on 6/6 again, however this was an overnight stay. Couldn’t recommend this hospital enough, amazing service, food was actually good & staff were great. Special mention to the two nurses on night shift, Cecile (May have name wrong) was so good, such a good bedside manner and gave me a good laugh while making sure I was as comfortable as possible.Hopefully will be back soon for another round, every staff member I interacted with were 100%z

My 10 yr old, Evie, had a procedure at Vermont Private last week (9/3).We were warmly greeted by the girls at reception on arrival.All the staff went out of their way to make sure my daughter was comfortable.Special mention to nurse Sue, who held Evie’s hand in theatre- said it helped a lot.I will also say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff that were on last Thursday. From the moment we walked in, admission, recovery (she loved her ice cream!), to leaving, everyone was amazing. They all made Evie’s first experience in hospital a positive one.

I had my second cataract surgery on the 20.10.2022 and once again it was a positive experience. Thanks to all the staff and of course Jacqui and Grace - I was a much more relaxed patient this time. And the egg and lettuce sandwich and coffee was once again great. Keep up the good work everyone.I had cataract surgery at this hospital last week and can only speak highly of the whole experience. Although I had been told it would be a breeze, I was pretty stressed out. Everybody from the receptionist to the nurses in recovery were wonderful. The procedure went very well (thanks to my talented surgeon and and anaesthetist). My second eye is scheduled for October and I'm sure I'll be much more relaxed. PS: The egg and lettuce sandwiches and coffee in recovery were great.
