Coming from a family business of over 30+ years in operation- basing it's success on customer service and quality interactions I do not write this review lightly- as I know the damage they can do to a business. However, after countless emails and calls with little to no reply, or accountability this is my only choice to protect others and to encourage all to steer clear of Bell Estate Agents. A warning to all property owners and tenants. Bell Estate Agents are both unprofessional, lacking in integrity, and will do anything to cover up there ammeter miscommunications. A shady back door business who use polished videography and Instagram posts to distract you from their inadequate business operations.

As a tenant at Housemark I'm really impressed with the level of communication received from the entire team since day one. Bridgitte made the leasing process seamless, maintenance has always been addressed and actioned promptly by Hope and the staff have been very professional during routine inspections. Thank you!

Mel is a fantastic Property Manager! Her communication and dedication to seeing things through has really been great in assisting us securing a new rental property. My partner and I have had trouble in the past and had lost faith in real estate but Mel has restored that. She’s kind and genuine and we can’t recommend her and Housemark enough!

Melissa Putt always goes above and beyond to assist us with all our property management needs in a prompt and professional manner. We would highly recommend Melissa or any of the great team at Housemark for any other property owners looking for an effective and efficient property manager.

The only time that you will receive a response from them is when they are trying to secure your business. Don’t be fooled that this is the service you will receive once you have signed your form 6. We had to follow them up on everything, even listing our Property. Then they used the wrong type of listing and then they congratulated us on listing someone else’s Property. Open homes were no better, turning up late and young girls standing around scrolling through their phones, not engaging with potential tenants and not able to answer any basic questions about the property. When you trust someone to manage your Property, you expect them to treat tenants with the respect they deserve. I’m still waiting for a copies of documents from January despite reaching out to the managing director numerous times.

Casey and the rest of Housemark team been nothing but pleasure to deal with. But on top of being a pleasure, they have secured the tenant for my investment property in Brisbane before settlement date and above market rental appraisal. What a fantastic result for the investor! Claire phillips is an excellent property manager. She is very quick to reply, quick to fix things and always happy to help. So happy with my experience with her and Housemark, I would have stayed forever if my partner and I didn’t buy a house! Thank you again team!

I’ve recently become a tenant of Housemark and I’ve got to say I’m extremely happy with the service that I have been provided. Hope and her team have been great to deal with and are always quick to action things.
