Staff are very nice...Edit: Pricing has become ridiculous, quality has dropped astronomicaly and stock is always depleted. Probably the last time I will use this store....

Has just about everything you need for a house or garden. Great prices will not be beaten. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable

I felt like a kid in a candy store. They have almost everything under the sun. Their flowers are beautiful and affordable.

Disappointing that at 1930hrs there wasn’t anyone at the usual registers and all the yellow chains were up however the chain was not up for the self service. Naturally thinking because of the time of day we stood and served ourselves and was looked at by the young girl named Alicia. As we were walking out and showing our receipt she told us off for serving ourselves and told us not to do that again. Mind you, no effort was made in approaching us as we started to serve ourselves to state we had to go to a different counter. I then rang to speak to someone to express that I didn’t appreciate being spoken to as though I did something terrible and felt the blame was put on me for taking the chain down. The same girl answered the phone and I expressed my irritation in the treatment towards myself and my partner and all she had to say was ‘that’s okay’ no apology even after I told her that she was being very rude I still got a ‘that’s okay’. She could have approached us to start off with, or she could have apologised as we told her that we thought it was okay seeing as the chain was down and there wasn’t anyone on the registers.

Except for the huge distance out of town and the hectares you need to cover to find what you need, this is a good place to shop.
