I can bulkbill and not leave the house. I am in a wheelchair so it hard to go to them.I am very happy with them. Their website is easy to use. I do not need Zoom to have my session we use the their sites.

Trying to get an appointment with a clinical psychologist has been even more during and since COVID. MyMirror provides a very welcome service via telehealth. The brief summary of each psychologists experience and interests is helpful. Also good that Mental health Plans are accepted. May I suggest that invoices and receipts include provider numbers and item numbers so that it is easier to claim on Extras Private Health Insurance

The sign up process, and finding the therapist has been very easy. The admin team is very accommodating and understanding - I got my mental health care plan on the day of my first session and they were able to help me to process the rebate. I love how flexible the time slots are, and that I can do it at the comfort of my own home. My psychologist, Vivian, has been very supportive, and gave me invaluable techniques. I am very happy as finding a psychologist in short notice, and provides flexibility can be hard.

So happy with this service. Very easy and convenient to use. Great psychologists available. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Cara for a few weeks now, and I am so glad I decided to book in with her, she is a fantastic therapist. I admire her authenticity, empathy and compassion she displays during sessions. The platform mirror is really easy to use and the customer service team is second to none, they get back to you very quickly if there are any administrative issues. Well deserved 5 stars.

In the current environment where wait lists for Psychologists are 12 months plus, this service gives you access to wonderful Psychologists with no wait lists. We are working with Rachel and we couldn't be happier. Although all sessions are via Zoom, we do get what we need out of our sessions. After our first session, I was able to utilise the tools Rachel suggested, and it was the first time I was able to get my kids ready for school without stress, fights, yelling etc. I actually came home after drop off with a kick in my step, which hasn't happened in the longest time. My point is, if you need help, My Mirror services are absolutely brilliant.

My Mirror is so incredibly convenient and affordable. I travel often for work and it is a relief to know that i can book in appointments any time with very little if not, no waiting period. My Mirror is affordable and has removed any barriers that i often found limited me to obtaining therapy in the past.

The website is really easy to navigate and I was able to book and see a psychologist really quickly. Everything is taken care of by the site and the whole process from creating an account to making an appointment was so fast.

I am so grateful for my Psychologist from my Mirror. I have been through a lot this past year and having my psychologist available via telehealth has been so much more beneficial for my mental health. There are so many waitlists right now and being able to be seen, heard and listened to rather than waiting so long on a waitlist has been a godsend. Thanks a bunch my mirror team.

The 1st therapist I saw with mymirror I didn't click with so it put me off for months, esp since they didn't follow up, however I've been dealing with alot lately & I had my 1st session with someone new today & we vibed so well, I'm looking forward to what she'll teach me & my healing journey.The sign up process was easy.
