Visit only if willing to pay for the price of convenience! Owned by an extremely greedy pharmacist that only stocks products at prices that serve purely to maximize their profits from locals. Buy your medicines from any one of many other pharmacies that offer better prices to save yourself money in the long run. They are a little pharmacy. They staff are friendly enough can be a little bit prickly at times. The pharmacists are approachable and nice and discreet when it is called for. Their pricing is quite a bit higher than other independent Pharmacies and most other Pharmacies that I have been too. They are not willing to price match or try and come close to the price that are at other chemists even if you are trying to do the right thing and support a local business. If you would like something that they do not stock they don't offer to get it in they just say sorru we do not have it.

I understand these guys are busy and all the staff are lovely in my opinion apart from the main pharmacist My Weng, who was consistently rude and judgmental making me feel terrible and embarrassed. He would insist on taking cash only with no exception (during covid when people were understandably advised to limit the use of cash) this for my pain medication with no explanation despite my asking. Subsequently I had discussed this with other pharmacists and health professionals, who could not believe this was happening and could not think of any legitimate reason for it to happen.

Advertise that they can do Medical certificate, went in and got one and my house mate went in about 10mins later as we both had the same symptom's from food poisoning and they said they could do it as he didn't have enough symptom's, upset stomach and diarrhea doesn't cut it???. wont be using this place again.

Hawke's pharmacy has to be one of the best pharmacies around. the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. nothing is too much trouble. and they have many initiatives to help their customers. if they don't have what you need, they will find it and give you a quote. love shopping there.
