Asked if I could see cctv of when my wallet was stolen from this establishment and was told they wouldn't want to waste hours looking through it. Even though I knew the exact time and where. I have no idea why people go here. First and last time I'll ever go. Shame on you Fitzgeralds.

Fitzgerald's Irish Bar
A filthy dirty place where the doorman is rude and perhaps needs to retire because he clearly doesn't enjoy dealing with the public. Inside there's an overused smoke machine creating a creepy environment. Toilets just disgusting. Management of this place needs to seriously lift their game and treat patrons with respect starting with cleaning the place. This is what happens when there's no competition for a late night bar. Shame on you Fitzgeralds.

I paid for a drink at the bar and asked for ice, the bar manager on duty who served me forgot ice for my beverage. I asked to put ice in my drink and informed me she was unable to, I asked to speak with the bar manager and she informed me she was the person in charge. She then proceeded to get security and told them I abused her and called her names, yet all I asked for was ice in my drink?!?The security told me to leave yet I paid $20 for two drinks, yet refused to give me refund. The bar manager seemed like she was coming off drugs was extremely rude to myself and other customers I was with and acted very unprofessional, such a shame because the venue is nice and the other staff were great. This happened on the 12/12/18 at around 1:00pm

Friday night 10.30 Was charged $20 entry per person. Place is filthy and severely overpriced. When queried the $20 charge was told it was within time!??!.. who knows. Then on our way out spoke to a staff member who said we should have been charged $10 but didn’t even bother to get us a refund. Upon talking to other patrons they were also charged $20 per person just for entry. Charge a premium price for drinks with the cheapest no name brand spirits. Not somewhere I want to be seen.

Two smoking areas outside and two clubs inside. Good variety of music playing all night, repeated songs do occur. Toilets can get a little dirty and quite busy at times, having to wait in a line. Common drinks on average price around $10 - $12, with some specials available. Bartenders try their best to serve everyone asap and are generous enough with the alcohol.

Club has a $20 fast track line and completely ignores the normal line and priorities them. Club also has a first 50 in rule but makes people start paying at around 30 people

No wonder bunbury has no nightlife absoulete joke of an establishment. Pay 20 bucks go to the toilet then get kicked out for being too intoxicated then why charge for entry? Just ripping people off
