Hi all , this is a strong warning not to have your hair done at either kipparing salon or north lakes salon! About a month ago I went to Kippa-Ring where my hair was absolutely burnt while doing foils, I’ve lost at least 40 o/o of my hair and still breaking off now ! It’s just a disaster ! I spoke to the manager of buzz in north lakes and she said she’d trim my hair but also I came in and the lovely guy there tryed his hardes to help, but the colour is now orange and still burnt and falling out ! I’ve tryed to see the manager Elisa several times but she avoids me even when I’ve driven 1.5 he’s to see her!I want to be refunded the 224.00 I paid also conditioning treatment I had to purchase, plus now all the extra expenses I’ve had to pay for in other salons , Stephan’s across the road were fantastic and great support when I came in crying in frustration !I’m going to Tahiti in 3 weeks to represent my country in and at this time I’m to embarrassed to take my hat off !!!In my opinion if this happens in my salon I would bend over back wards to assist my client 100 o/o for as long as it takes to get her hair looking good again but this manager is rude insensitive and such a horrible person !!!This has cost me close to 500 $ to dateDO Not Attend this salonSee you in court !!Ps no stars

Thank you Yasmine at Kippa Ring.I have been to many hair dressers over the past and even been here before but never happy, the others that have worked here I have not been impressed, but Yasmine knew just what to do and has made a wonderful job.. the colours are great, she is so friendly and such a happy person that lifts you up!!

Soo happy Yasmin’s back at Kipparing store. Was really unhappy with previous colour done by a different stylist. Yasmin fixed it for me with her expertise and as usual I’m 100% happy with her colour work, she’s awesome! I love my hair and I’ll keep coming back for her service. Yasmin also reshaped my eyebrows with a great waxing job. Thanks so much Yasmin 5 stars.

Yasmine was brilliant. After a bad experience at Buzz Northlakes I didn’t want to step into another Buzz salon again but glad I did. I walked into the Kipoa Ring Buzz out of sheer desperation and was surprised at how brilliant my cut and colour was done.
