I can’t speak more highly of Jacqui. My father passed away unexpectedly and I feel grateful to Jacqui for running such a beautiful service. I felt she really listened to the family, was sensitive to our wishes and delivered the service exceptionally well.Throughout the process I found Jacqui very organised, knowledgeable and supportive to our family.

We found Jacqui through a google search to help Mum cope with significant health problems and adjustment to aged care services. Jacqui has been wonderful in providing assistance and information in a caring and compassionate way. She has been flexible in her availability and in responding to issues as they have changed. Jacqui was well informed about relevant systems and processes as well as being able to engage in counselling support. It was a great help to know Jacqui was available to provide professional support to Mum, independent of us (her family), at this difficult time in her life. I would recommend services of this kind and those of Jacqui in particular.

Jacqui was great at my fathers funeral. She spoke clearly, was very well prepared and directed the service efficiently. I would highly recommend her services.
