Exceptional - From the drafting and design stage to installation - fabulous, punctual with onsite visits and installation, comprehensive drawings provided with quote (another company that quoted did not even provide drawings) early drawings give one the opportunity to review and make necessary modifications prior to manufacture, Michael knows his craft and has the same high expectations of his workers, tradesmen are precision perfect when lining up drawers, handles , so everything looks perfect. Good idea for clients to have a pinboard (photos of what you prefer and draw up dimensions you require and push for what you desire and Michael will let you know what you can have) not everything is possible, as I discovered, compromise and negotiation is the name of the game.Highly recommend, would have no hesitation returning as high quality workmanship is guaranteed.
