Mega Wash

This is a car wash shop run by a very stingy car wash owner.The equipment is all in tatters and has not been maintained all the year round.The management is also very loose……so I won't come again next time.

Your expected to use a car washing brush full of dirt, brake dust, rocks and many other contaminants that can scratch your car and the muppets think a sign not inline with legislation(s) will protect them from liability. Hoping for your businesses sake there are no scratches on the newly coated car or invoice(s) for repair or replacement will be heading your way.

Passing through the area and the car needed a wash so found Mega wash on Google.Upon entry was greeted by management who explained the services.Received a hand wash, machine wash, shimmy wipe and vacuum at an affordable price and in a short timeframe.Great customer experience, keep it up guys :)

The owner is rude and arrogant and very confrontational, gets in your face about adding an extra $1 in, he paid way over $900k for this business and treats the paying customers this way. Been going there for years and believe me the bad comments and reviews are all true, imo go somewhere else where the owner isn’t watching you like a hawk, i personally wouldn’t give this ego maniac another cent and tbh i would highly recommend him seeing a professional person for his mental health…

Best hand car wash on GC. For $6 you can do a very good car wash. All the cycles work well.

Visited here Saturday after hours and used premium auto wash(cash $20, card $20.20). No human there which maybe better when I read other reviews. It's touchless, normal car wash + cleaning under the car and drying the car. I like the result. A bit tricky and confused for the first visitor I had to drive the car slowly when I was cleaning under and drying the car. You should drive through slowly when your car enter(cleaning under the car) and when your car exit(drying the car). Maybe I can do better next time.

READ ALL REVIEWS before going!!Rude and aggressive owner itself tries to run me over with his Mercedes after seeing me using my own vacuum.After I washed my car I parked next to the vacuums that actually do nothing and started using my own vacuum for a few minutes, a Mercedes rushes into the next spot and tries to run me over when I jumped to remove my mats from the floor. Owner himself comes out of the car starting to have a go at me while my 9 months pregnant wife was next to me. Things started to escalate so I had to leave with my wife nervous with the situation.After reading all reviews I realised it's not an isolated situation. BE CAREFUL with this person and place, which by the way has everything in horrible conditions.Absolutely not coming near that place again and do not recommend to anyone.

A regular customer who will not be returning. Went in to rinse the salt off my car and paid money. I was spoken so rudely by the manager telling me I’m costing him money. The meter had run out for 20 seconds and I was continuing to brush the small spot on my car and he insisted I paid more money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. There are ways to speak to customers and this guy certainly lacks any customer service skills.

I had the foam brush finishing off wiping my wheels about 30 seconds after the time ( money ) had just expired and all of a sudden the manager or owner ( I’m not sure who ) came up and abused me with many colourful words for using the brush without putting coin into the machine. Little did he know that I had just started the wash and as always was about to put at least $20 through his machine. But after those comments from him, I quickly washed off and thought that will be my last visit to this local car wash, never again will I go there with a staff with that attitude.
