Not effective in their services. My biggest issue was, throughout covid lockdown they refused to provide face to face services even though it is deemed essential. Other places have been providing face to face all throughout the covid lockdown. Face to face is the very reason why I engaged them, not to spend an hour a fortnight sitting in front of a computer. When I raised concerns they advised it is internal policy. However their cancellation policies conflict with their covid policies, and creates customer experience inconsistency. Similar other administrative issues were found such as charging without advice, etc. Therapist was okay.

Took my son here waste of time time, not only did they stress him out more but I felt like they had no idea what to do with him even with all the information I had given. Would not recommend, very unfriendly receptionist as well!

I have 3 boys attending spectrum therapy for occupational therapy and psychology. I am extremely impressed with the care, effort and the personalised therapy that my sons receive. They are client focused. They also run holiday programs for different ages which are great for the extra therapy and social skills for my boys. I highly recommend this service I’ve seen so much progress in my boys. Amie, Zoe and Grace are amazing. I have so much gratitude for their help and support.

Very unprofessional and money is their only priority. They don't care about the child.

My child has been going to OT at Spectrum Therapy Australia since 2019. Our therapist Amie has helped my child go from strength to strength. Through patience, perseverance and perspective, I can’t recognise the child from 2019 to the child now. Our child couldn’t respond to name, share, turn take, even sit at a table for more than 2 minutes, use non-preferred items/colours or even try new foods. This child can interact, complete grade level tasks, play games (lose and be okay with that), demonstrate fine and gross motor skills (couldn’t let page be torn now can use scissors) and is trying to overcome some food aversions. Amie is more than a therapist to us, I don’t know where my child would be without her. I don’t know how I would have managed without her advice, strategies and support.
