Chemist Warehouse Moana

Today Sunday 5th dec 2021. Never ever have had a bad experience here until today but staff have appeared to have changed.Today I went in and bought a few items. I asked a woman at the checkout if she could check a price of an item that was in the $5 basket. She went “No It’s $10” I said “are you sure cause there’s lots more in there” She replied “No their suppose to be in the $10 basket”. Clearly she had no intention of going to check.With that I left it and paid for my other items. I then went back over and there were lots of them All in the $5 basket. There was an older woman fixing up a shelf and nicely asked her if she could come over and check them for me. (Like 6 steps away) Honestly the look she gave me as she snapped “Where” told me she was not one bit interested in helping me and this was confirmed when she literally turned her back on me and carried on doing the shelf. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered and she was making it quite clear to me.I then went down the back and ask who the manager was and was told by the pharmacist “Me”. I told him what had happened and ask if he could check the baskets and price. He came down and I showed him that a) there were no $10 baskets and b) there were 10 or more of them in the same basket. He agreed that they were $5 and put it through at that price.The previous staff here were friendly and helpful and always asking if they could help. I would actually chat with them.These two woman today were rude and they weren’t gonna put themselves out to help at all. I will not shop there on a Sunday again as I will not support a business that has rude uncaring staff. If it’s the weekend I’ll go to price line. I may try in the week days and see if the old staff are still there. This was the poorest customer service I’ve had in some years. Both woman Rude and lazy. It was not the small quite young girl either. So….cross to be treated like this. They should both be sacked. Their customer service is poor. They’re clearly in the wrong job.I say this but nor would I want anyone to lose their job but I’m just upset at being treated so poorly. I manager a store so I am nice to people in retail as I get it when their treated badly but obviously asking nicely for a price check was just too much hard work for these two getting paid Sunday rates. so wrong☹️

This would be a 5 Star review as the pharmacists are lovely, the products and value for money is great.But on 1 occasion I came in to the chemist to search for migraine relief medication. I was in agony, tears streaming down my face, in distress. I was asked abruptly where my mask was. I get it, I should have been wearing a mask but I was not thinking. In this particular situation the rude employee should have had some compassion & perhaps asked if I was ok, what do I need, can I help you?I left my items and walked out, even more distressed. So, the lady working at this Chemist with a mask exception (because she felt very entitled to tell me that she does not need to wear one) needs to be up skilled on customer service.Please be mindful of your mask rules.1. Not all your staff wear them2. They are meant to cover your nose3. They are not chin holders4. Everyone that works there, breaks the ‘masks are mandatory’ rules.

I use click & collect which makes my visits here quick & easy, pricing of there products is always good

A resident of Melbourne, I recently ran out of prescription medication when on holidays near Moana. Thank you to staff who promptly resolved my issue by liaising with counterparts at the Footscray store where I normally do business. Highly recommended.

Initial customer service was not great and rather rude to be honest (the impression I got was we were an inconvenience for asking questions on the products) Then another assistant helped and explained the difference between a couple of perfume types, she was very helpful and I made the purchase.

Poor service. Charged $10 for almost expired iron tabs (expire in few days)which National Pharmacy at Seaford were charging$4. Unfortunately when we returned to Nat Pharmacy they had thrown them out. Then this place rude over phone denying we had asked to price match and we were told to bring them back to get our money back and they would then throw them out!!!! How is this ethical. It is unethical and uncaring. So you've lost us as customers!!!!!

Great, it's my go to chemist. Staff are always friendly.
