My 5 years old son said it was the best pasta he ever had. And the salmon was one of the best thing I ever had! So balanced and so good!

Popped in for lunch, so pleased we did. Loved it. Food is amazing.Roast beef… and mushroom Ragu, so good. We loved it so much, going back next week for dinner!

Really nice intimate spot with the Chef serving customers solely. Well recommended and organised. BYO is nice as well. The Chef/Owner is passionate with his food and it shows. A nice place for lunch or dinner in Matraville.

St Blaise is a great new edition to Matraville. Our small plates/ entrees were brillant homemade focaccia along with the beef with whipped ricotta. The mains didn’t disappoint. The Ragu was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.Too full for dessert.Will be back soon to give it a try. All 3 entrees and 3 mains hit the spot on taste and flavour.Good luck to the lovely young couple on their new adventure - St Blaise.

We are rejuvenated by the appearance of this humble yet completely sophisticated and down to earth addition to this regions culinary locations. We’ve been begging for something like this to come along. Fresh, adaptive and loving food with fresh produce and great care. Could not fault a single moment of our lunch there.Grateful for St Blaise choosing Mattraville as it’s home.

A very lovely food experience, Italian chef, the best dining experience within many kilometres! In fact the people at the next table had come from several suburbs away. We’ll be back. Hopefully often!

What a wonderful bistro, spectacular atmosphere, delicious food, phenomenal chef and hostess.If you’re in Sydney or visiting soon, you HAVE to come to St. Blaise Sydney in Matraville.
