Food is ok.But when paying top dollar for your food.You expect it to be packed neatly and chips are always half full.You used to be able to get Just sides-2 for $5.95 where now you have to buy a whole meal and then get the sides.Every Company is just after money these days.Profit before Customer Service these days.Shame.

Second time I have brought a family feast here. Chicken has a smell after breaking through the crusty layer that I just can't down. I won't be visiting this particular store anymore.. order 282, Saturday 6pm, 17-June-23.

Ordered delivery via Menulog, only got half the order. As for quality, the chips were soggy, limp and cold. Try a different KFC.

This is the second time in 6 weeks that I have purchased meals however not on any occasion did I get my chips and I did order them. The staff are saying everything is in the bag. You trust what they are saying is true. You get home and there are no chips. I got my gravy and had to eat the gravy with bread. So disappointed.
