Diamond Creek Station in another 2 weeks will open back up as the Hurstbridge Line duplication is almost complete.

After the upgrade to the Train station parking and the new bus routes it’s easier to get around to the surrounding suburbs.Trains are a bit more regular at certain times but can go from 30-45min wait time on less busy times.

The station is ok, it is good that it has 2 platforms but it is bad that it has no customer service, I think the trains should terminate at Diamond Creek instead of Eltham and the level crossing on main Hurstbridge road is dangerous.

If you are new to Diamond creek and the trains be mindful that most trains operate out of platform 1. The wait is long if you miss a train. Use the informatiob system to check which platform the trains are leaving.
