My kids usually love Pizza Hut Newport, but today we ordered 2 thin and crispy pizzas and 1 original base but once delivered they were all original base. Not angry, just disappointed. Plus they were borderline burnt. Once again, not angry, just disappointed.

Left one star as often a reliable franchise service with good food and prompt delivery but so disappointed after basically being robbed in daylight... chased up a refund for two weeks after being charged twice from my account costing close to 100$ and called 1300 number 4 times only to get cut off - none of their operators seem to know what's going on. They'll make you wait 1 hour on the phone for nothing.

Awesome experience! Pizza's were very good, and prices are exceptional. Very friendly service and Owner takes great care to give you the best tasting food with a very short waiting period.Will always order from here, nothing can beat the amazing quality of food, speed of service and very friendly staff.

I’d previously made a 1 star review after multiple nightmare experiences but that was 3 years ago now at the time of this review and I have to say, my last few orders have been absolutely perfect and everything I’ve expected from a Pizza Hut. Thanks team.

Excellent service - Following a really tough week all I felt like was my guilty pleasure (a very specific) pizza order that only Pizza Hut can do, it was misheard on the phone (very easy to happen) and when picked up and brought home we realised my specific pizza was not how I had ordered. After a tough week with a newborn and toddler at home and feeling exhausted I was disappointed, I called them up to request the pizza to be replaced (and expected that I would have to go back and pick it up as they don’t have drivers) - I REALLY wanted this pizza! Anyway the (I presume) owner jumped on the phone and offered to replace it and drive it over himself as they are yet to have delivery drivers. I was blown away and beyond grateful! Now THAT is customer service! I must also say that the young lady taking the orders was absolutely lovely and had a very professional manner about her for such a young lady. Very impressed.And omg when the pizza was dropped off it was ridiculously fresh and exactly what I needed. Thank you!!!5 stars all around!

Don't bother! Twice now our pizza has just been left on the doorstep, no knock, no doorbell, nothing! Just left out in the cold until we call to find out where it is only to discover its outside. Have called & complained & the response from management was pretty poor to say the least.Going back to Dominos!!!!

Upon arrival was greeted by Jay who was very welcoming and helpful. Would come here again as the experience I received today was brilliant. Honestly made my night how customer friendly Jay was. The pizzas were delicious and much better then dominos :))) Would recommend !!!

The food is great when the order is correct but every time I order I get the wrong thing and have to re order. How hard is it to get a cheese pizza wrong?

What a disappointment! Rushing home to drop the kids and feed them before going back to work I wanted something easy. Ordered from Pizza Hut Newport. Both pizzas overdone and burnt and tough like cardboard. What a waste of money. I don't think I will be back.
