Pearl has been established for a few years. I am not a resident, but occasionally visit friends there.The grounds are beautiful - a credit to the gardening team.The social centre is very well equipped and can comfortably hold numerous visitors.The residents that I have spoken to, uniformly describe Pearl as entirely satisfactory, as a residence for Seniors.

Not a resident here but have visited it often. It has good facilities for its residents and the surrounds look better than another one in the northern suburbs. As to whether it is good value you would need to do your homework to see how much it would cost you over your expected lifespan. There is also a hospice here for those who require medical care and an active social group. House blocks are small but if you want to buy in here you are probably past having an extensive garden. It has open days throughout the year especially when they have some houses for sale.

My mum resides here (sad as it is) but its clean, she is safe and you can visit 24/7.

I reckon that this is the best one in town. You can retire here and then if needed move into supported care. Staff are generally formally and willing to help resolve any issues. Food is on the whole fantastic. Great range of entertainment options provided for the week.
