Went there with passport application for my new born baby. They said the form is not acceptable as it is not according to the standard, and then i went to north geelong post office with the same application. They accepted the application without pointing any fault. Seems like he was trying to save his time, he should be ashmed of himself.

Staff cant take photo for 2 month baby, quite unusual. Need to travel long to get it. Need a better facility in the post office.

Just recently I my passport was rejected by Jetstar as it has less than 6 months of validity on it. I obtained some photos from a chemist in Melbourne (recommended by the passport office) and was informed that they would be rejected by this post office. The lady assiting me was incredibly helpful, telling me exactly what was required to submit the application successfully (very reassuring given the stressful situation and confusing information given even by the passport office). She even took extra time and care to ensure the passport photos were correctly done and cut to comply with regulation. Overall I could not recommend enough!

Been using this Post Office since 1974 and haven't had a problem that they could not fix or point me in the right direction. There seems to be a lot of spoilt brat" attitude (I want it and I want it right now!) in these reviews. You have to wait to be served; get over it. I don't know of any business that keeps a counter waiting just for me to wander in whenever I feel like it."

I have been going to this post office for over 10 years, there are a couple of lovely staff members here but the old guy with long hair who reminds me of sideshow bob with a disgusting attitude to match just took the cake!After going in to collect a package and being told no I can’t pick it up without id even though I was getting it out of my wallet, and having the collection card flicked back in my face. Even he’s coworkers looked disgusted in his customer service!Will now go to a different local office to just not have. To deal with this kind of behaviour

I have been there over 100 times and only one I could say that I had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and experienced, it is a good place that I will keep going to ^^As for a criticism, they haven't opened on Saturday from time to time, though that is due to covid.

They handed out my parcel to wrong person and never even apologized for it. Just gave me a number to follow up with. Rude staff. Dont feel like ever going there. I will find another au post nearby.
