Removalist ran away, unable to lift furniture just a wall unit in 3 sections. Rude removalist, unable to speak English, skinny staff no muscles, no strength. Useless as far as I am concerned. Do not hire this removalist. Unreliable ++++

Staff are polite, on time & continued to work even after I offered them a paid break when it commenced raining. Would highly recommend these guys for future removals.

We used Sara Nepali Removals to move from Waitara to Westmead in March this year. They had competitive pricing and were very helpful. They handled our belongings properly and were careful all the time. Saroj and his team mate were polite and we finished our move well within the time frame we had expected. The truck was a bit small 4.5 Tonne (no fault of their own) for our 2 bedroom house move but they tried their best to fit all our heavy furnitures. We will definetely use them again and are happy with the service

We had confirmed Sara Removals about a week before the date of unit moving out. We got the confirmation text as well for 2.30 PM. But at the date of removal, I got information that they will be little late. I patiently waited until 4.30 but then they started lingering further and even advised to move next day. We had all the stuffs packed from morning. I also asked for 2 guys such that I dont need to physically involve. But with repeated calls, I got a truck at 6.30 PM but only truck. The driver told that although labours available, he was told truck only. With two kids not able to stay at both places, I was totally lost.The professionals never ignore their clients. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONS PAY FOR SERVICE, I RECOMMEND.
