Ordered a deep pan hawaiian pizza with bbq sauce, got a thin base pizza with no sauce or pinapple on it at all, was just plain dough and cheese with a bit of ham and some random green ingredent from someone elses pizza, Took 2 bites and was worst pizza i have ever tasted, The sour girl working the late sunday shift customer service was a struggle to even just say the price,

Ordered pepperoni with 3 additional toppings, no additional toppings included. Multiple phone calls just rang out. Multiple messages to get a response and a refund were responded to with, sorry we’ll pass your feedback to the store so it doesn’t happen again. They get the orders wrong 90% of the time and the bottom of the cheesy garlic bread is always burnt.

I made a mistake with my pizza order and ordered the wrong pizza online tried to call the store immediately after I had realised this to try and fix my mistake but the phone line rang out I did this 7 times to try and get a hold of the store and I even tried to get a hold of the kirwan dominos to try and connect me to the Aitkenvale dominos with still no response. So now I’m waiting for my mistake of a pizza to arrive when it could have been an easy fix.

This place is the absolute worst! Customer service is so bad. They never answer their phone. Ordered twice and waited over an hour for cold plastic pizza no apologies. Only to be told well we only have two drivers. Second time, it said my order was delivered and I received nothing. Went into the store and was told sorry there's nothing we can do. We never received the order when I showed my receipts. If they never received it, why would it tell me how far away the driver was? Who honestly manages this place. It's so sad the younger staff has all this pressure of being understaff with orders piling up and management does nothing about it!

Rang national 13 number. Given local restaurants as aitkenvale and Kirwan. Put through to Aitkenvale store 5 times, 5x they hung up on me. Chose the Kirwan option, they answered straight away, only to be told they don't deliver to my area and the national number has incorrect options.

Should've read the reviews before ordering from here. I've been waiting for two hours for fast food" that cost me $109.55. Still waiting.Ordered at 10:30pm. Estimated arrival was supposed to be 11:30pm. I only live 3km away from this dominoes. It's 1:40am right now. 31st of Jan 2023. And I still have not received my food.I'd like to reimbursed."

Terrible place to order from waited well over an hour to have my food delivered tried calling the shop and there was no answer. To top it all off I ended up with some meat balls instead of the 10pk of chicken wings I ordered, paid $65 for this. This isn’t even the first time I’ve received the wrong order from this store!

Had to wait an hour for my pizza, didn't even receive a gift voucher or my pizza for free, the staff could not handle the orders at all, there was a huge line and no compensation for people waiting. That is not acceptable.

Ordered the $8 double beef and onion tonight. This is what I received. Half the pizza doesn't even have any beef or onion on it. Seriously how is this okay to hand this out to a customer. Please re train your staffWe ordered 5 pizza's altogether and they were all like this with toppings mostly on one half of the pizza. There needs to be a sense of pride in a product that you deliver to a customer and I honestly don't understand how an employee can think this is okay to serve to a paying customer. Very disappointing. It doesn't make me want to order pizza here again.

seriously i don't know who they get to cut the pizza's, for the last few orders seems like a aging blind ninja, and it seems that they throw it at her!!! not a single slice is even close to even, some are mere slivers of pizza, others are 1/4 of the pizza, when trying to feed a crowd, its annoying when the slices are no where near even. this is not good, a child, nay a monkey with enough training(and im talking 5 minutes) could cut better!!!Edit: because google won't allow 2 reviews by the same person about the same company!!!!!It seems that the blind ninja has been receiving training, a new pair of glasses, and has learnt a few things about fractions and how to make even-ish slices, but the ninja has failed to take in the first lesson of knife work, which is keep your tools sharp, the last offering of pizza, while the attempt was pretty much even, did not cut all the way through!!! Thus leading to tearing and ripping of slices, which leads to toppings being left behind!!!! Also it seems the blind ninja has been cross training in the pizza building department, with one of our pizza's looking like someone threw the toppings on half of it and said we are done!!! if i wanted a half and half, i would have ordered it!!! Also it seems that one of our pizza's has had a terrible accident and lost a bit of the topping to the side of the box. i think we might start going to the Hut of Pizza soon in desperation for a satisfying pizza, not a great pizza, but just good enough, because Domino's you are failing at good enough!!!!!!
