Very caring practice. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. Will not try to sell you anything that you're pet does not need. The appointment was carefree, honest and all problems were dealt with ease and understanding. Thank you for the great service.

Dr Sally and Gary are wonderfully knowledgeable, they genuinely love every animal that comes through the door and they're always ready to go the extra mile.Dr Sally is always studying new advances in veterinary medicine so it would really be hard to find someone more in tune with current best practice. We can't thank them enough for late nights looking after our pets when they were gravely ill, for comforting us when our pets reached the end of their time with us, and for helping our new pets stay healthy and happy. We wouldn't trust anyone else more than Dr Sally and Gary with our furry family members.

Would struggle to trust anyone else with my little pup! They have looked after her for the last four years - picking up issues early and helping her stay healthy and happy. So grateful to Gary and Sally for valuing her as much as I do.

A number of friends recommended Dr Sally to me when my kitten needed expert veterinary care following serious post-op complications (following surgery in another city). As a former Vet Nurse, I was thrilled to see how much care and compassion Sally and Gary clearly have for their patients and was so appreciative that they gave me a thorough understanding of the situation, anticipated recovery time and an accurate estimation of costs. I was impressed with Sally's technical knowledge and how up to date she was on all of the latest research available - she also went out of her way to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcome anytime I wanted to visit over the 2 week recovery time. We have now found our perfect vet surgery in Brisbane and couldn't be happier!

Sally and Gary have been so good treating Adelaide for her Cushing's. We adopted her 2 years ago and she could barely walk around the block, now she feels like she's a young pup again and runs around chasing her ball every chance she gets. Couldn't recommend Sally and Gary enough!Photo credit to Gary who always seems to get Ad in her best light :)

Have been seeing Dr Sally for nearly 20 years now with 4 dogs, a cat and a guinea pig - her and Gary are the most knowledgable, friendly and professional vet surgery staff I have ever known and all of my fur kids just love going there. State of the art technology in the operation theatre, excellent medication, professional care pre- during and post-op, excellent advise and always helpful I couldn't be happier!! Dr Sally also spends a good amount of time on keeping her knowledge and skills up-to-date and together with Gary's expertise these two do an amazing job!! Thank you so much!!

After 30 years in the canine behavioural field lets just say I have met & worked with a LOT of vets.Reticently one of my dogs developed a rather tricky growth & I wasnt taking any chances, He has struggled to come out of anaesthesia before & I needed a vet that really knew their stuff.Dr Sally & Gary put their hands up to help me on a campaign I run supplying dog coats to homeless folk's beloved dogs, we support three organisations in Queensland, New South Wales & Victoria.Last year, Auchenflower vets collected a whopping 120 plus coats ALONE to donate to us, that is triple the number of ANY other big business or contributor, a massive number.Being that they are such a personable couple & so well established & well respected I decided to take my boy all the way from my home on the Sunshine Coast to see them about his lump.I am so glad I did, They were extremely welcoming & kind, only to be matched with being so thorough & professional.I am often asked by clients for a recommendation on vets & Auchenflower are always my number one choice. My clients rely on me & trust my opinion to refer them to the best care for their beloved animals, I always feel great knowing I have put them in the right direction.I cannot recommend this wonderful surgery enough.Regards,Courtenay Noble.

Gary and Sally have gone out of their way to support us. Gary and Sally genuinely care about the animals they are treating, and Gary has taken more selfies of Leo than myself and my partner put together, it is endearing. Not only do they go above and beyond when caring for Leo, they recommend highly regarded specialists that we can trust. Our experience here has only been positive and we highly recommend the quaint highly professional establishment. Leo agrees, he's always super excited upon arriving at Auchenflower Vets.

Best dog vet in the city! They were the first place we took our pup in this region, and they treated him like a king. They clearly love animalsUnfortunately we've moved since first meeting them, and only have been back once. but we keep falling for the trap that there are closer vets to where we are now... and we keep resorting to clinics that are closer due to convenience, however there has been no one in the city that has shown are pup anywhere near same level of kindness, care, and professionalism. After this last fiasco with the 'local' vet, I think we'll now take the time to make it to Auchenflower for any future vet requirements.
