Excellent I’m travelling with caravan they adjusted my glasses & put soft nose pads on them & even tightened up my second pair for no cost certainly helped me

Olivia and Diedre are always very helpful and patient. They go out of their way to help you.They went above and beyond when I gave them a difficult request of a certain lens colour with a certain frame (and they succeeded!).Very happy with my glasses and the service!

I'm on holiday and took a tumble which resulted in my glasses getting bent, I arrived here unannounced and the young lady who helped me couldn't have been kinder. She fixed my glasses for no charge and they weren't even OPSM frames. Thank you so much.

This place is highly recommended. I am getting the best experience from Deidre and her lovely team. Always ready to help and spend time with customers. Deidre helped me choosing the best lenses and I noticed a significant difference in vision and clarity. My eyes are less tired lately, even after spending all day in front of screens.In short, I loved my experience. . . staff is very friendly and nice.

The Optometrist at OPSM Parkes was fantastic. The whole process of testing was very thorough, well explained and smooth. He provided advise and clarification on all my concerns with respect to eye car, use of contact lens and prescription glasses. The staff helping to select the appropriate frame was also friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend OPSM Parkes to my family and friends.

Amazing service by Optometrist and the staff. Rymon Gerges was very thorough with the assessment and explained every step well. Rymon was very informative and cleared all my doubts. 100% recommended!!
