Now I don't usually post reviews, but in this case I must tell about our experiences with Ian Cubitt’s Granny Flats .As people do, we got three quotes for an extension to our house for the mother-in-law to move in. There were a number of requests we had from the builders quoting. For one it was all too hard and gave a 1 page quote that was 1/6 of final price, they really had no idea what we wanted. For another we got a quote to everything and a we'll do it as we go" attitude. Ian Cubitt’s

Old man in the work ute, speeding at 120, no indicator, driving through two two lanes in a roundabout and trying to run people off the road?I think I'll go somewhere else.It doesn't look good if that's how your employees handle themselves, and if that's the owner, he really needs to rethink his life choices and look beyond his own nose.
