Really reassuring, calming and positive experience, Lovely staff.

Was probably at my lowest point of pain and not coping.Tried hydrotherapy daily by myself and just wasn’t getting anywhere. Saw the physio dr Argan working so positively with clients in pool and thought I’d see if he could help.Best decision ever.Able to control pain post exercise and at same time get more exercises specific to issues.Not afraid to approach my weight issue but does it with care not defining me as not able to improve step by step and really invests in your progress. Accupuncture /dry needling is amazing at keeping you going, rather than just collapsing when get out of pool. No more burning in knee hip joints.Amazing.You don’t know till you try you can get going again. Thankyou

My only problem is because they are so good they are too booked, and have been going here for over 15 years so I just book 2 appointments a head. All the staff are lovely.

When I first met, Arjan Nalliah at Stay tuned, I had no idea what was about to happen! I had recently been told by an ndis worker that I may need to accept being in an electric wheelchair and unable to stand or walk.I was in chronic, acute spinal pain and all of the issues that follow suffering such. I was not able to walk from the car park to the reception desk of stay tuned, without hyper ventilating, shaking and sweating with pain.I was doubtful that physiotherapy was going to change what the surgeon’s knife could not!Arjan said to me;’l think l can help’! So in a major pain spike I lay down on his treatment couch for dry needling, not even knowing what was about to be done. I had never heard of and knew nothing of the procedure l was about to undergo.After that first session, I walked out and was able to stand at reception to make my next appointment, and not to shake or sweat with pain.With his dry needling, hydro-therapy and exercise program, l eventually was able to be pain free most days. His inclusive, co-ordinated program enabled me to go from 120kgs to 89kgs and more importantly, it gave me the ability to keep walking. It changed fat for muscle mass and to this moment, WE are still working hard to make my life better.I just wanted to say thank you for your dedication and knowledge! Dr. Arjan Nalliah has been amazing and has really helped to improve my shoulder and neck pain. I have been to multiple Physio's before and none have approached my treatment the same as Arjan. He has helped immensely with my recovering and my shoulder is the best it has been in years!

I have been attending Stay Tuned for 10 years. I have mainly been treated by Paul Hermann and more recently Gabe, however I have been treated by several Osteopaths and Massage Therapists at this clinic. I trust that any issues (pain or injuries) in my body will be assessed thoroughly and treated effectively. I've only had positive results with the Stay Tuned Team. I have also referred handfuls of people to this business whom all have reported back how happy they are with their treatment/service. I highly recommend Stay Tuned Sports Medicine for both injury management and ongoing maintenance for being human ;)

I've really enjoyed working with their Dietitian Cassandra. She's very knowledgeable and helps with my various dietary needs and medical hurdles.

This is by far the best osteopath clinic in Victoria. Paul has helped me recover from several injuries, with such sound advice, treatment and recovery plans that actually work.
