The cleaners just straight up didn't show for a bond clean. Had to hand the keys in to the real estate the next day. Made a stressful time even more stressful

Wow! Imagine having a bond clean booked and needing to move the next day and nobody showing up... AFT, more like a pain in the AFT

Got a bond clean and carpet clean, loved that they were happy to accomodate to my schedule. Also very friendly and professional to deal with!

To give a single star to this company does not even begin to give the public an honest opinion of how inexcusable and dishonest they are. Clearing a house out after the end of a lease is painful enough - but try adding on the fact that the service you booked just outright doesn't show up on the most dire day possible. We waited around for these plebs for, at the least, an hour between their booked arrival and after. If your time is valuable, which if you're wanting an end of lease bond clean I assume it very much is, literally pay the overnight janitor of your local Hungry Jacks to do a once-over of your property rather than hire this excuse of a professional service". Know better than to trust a company that made it's logo on a pirated Microsoft Word with the shady Arial font

Organised an end of lease bond clean weeks in advance. After poor back and forth communication, I was finally advised the cleaners were at my house but they never actually arrived. After contacting the company again I was informed that they couldn't get ahold of the cleaners" and that was the last response I received.Overall extremely poor and now I'm left to re-organise new end of lease cleaners very last minute.My advice is to straight up go with another service
