Great friendly service. Reid came out for an emergency repair on a weekend, he let us know when he was on the way and and arrived on time. He fixed the problem and cleaned everything up nicely. An excellent job.

Reid and his team were exceptionally professional and fixed a leak that we had in our shower that was causing mould on the back wall. The team arrived right on time, did a leak detection test and kept us updated along the way as they replaced the leaking pipe. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be calling At Your Service Plumbing for any other plumbing issues we have!

I have hired Reid from At Your Service Plumbing for over twelve months to do repairs and some are major to our Strata property. On all occasions we receive 3 quotes, Reid has had the most competitive rates (saving us thousands), with the most logical and time saving solutions for the repairs which he acts upon immediately (broken pipes on the outside of the building 3 storeys high). Photos are taken before and after each job and all of his work is guaranteed. I highly recommend Reid because of his professional attitude and quality of his work. Reid is so impressive our Strata Manager and other tenants in our block now engage him because we can trust him.

Good service and advice. They were punctual and worked quickly. Reid was on-site himself and he cleaned up when he had completed the work. The cost was competitive however the overall professional attitude far outweighed the cost. Really well done installation of new bathroom vanity, cabinet and tap ware. Reid and Sam were very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. Reid was very responsive and happy to answer questions and give advice in the lead up to installation and when I was choosing the vanities. Greta job!

During busy pre-Xmas time, Reid was responsive and attended as promised. Due to my old apartment, the replacement of taps was harder than expected, Reid explained and did the job well. The price was communicated prior to installation and was reasonable. Highly recommend Reid's plumbing service.
