Dealt with Nicola and Josie. Nicola is incompetent and charges for things incorrectly. She does not even know the basic necessities for raising a child (apparently food, clothing and shelter are not a necessity!). She is very tardy (I had a time sensitive matter and after 2 months she still had pretty much done nothing), vague, did not take direct or listen to what I was actually saying. She also lacked attention to detail. Currently filing a complaint with the LSC. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else!!
