Australia Post - Menai Central LPO

Went in to do a simple transaction of mail redirection & they would not do it because i could not produce evidence that the PO was mine at moorebank as i could have been anyone that was about to defauld mail, lucky i had an email from NRMA that had the PO box on it. then i had issues with both Efpos & visa cards would not work on their terminals, i paid cash & walked out & got onto my bank which confirmed it was not my cards, it was their termials. Iv never been made to feel I was a criminal on two levels like i was made to in the Menia store. Iv always been asked for my licence to do mail redirect from PO boxes which is a normal identification requirement & if i didnt have the email, i would have had to go back to moorebank store according to them. Worst customer service iv had in 20 years of having good service across NSW & QLD post offices & can understand why people have issue with the store.

I’ve been using Menai post office for a while now after Bangor treated me with nothing but disrespect. Menai have been so helpful and supportive in every way possible salon his wife and the staff are the best people to deal with they make everything easy for everyone. They are so friendly. I’ve recently start a small business and do a lot of posting they helped me in picking the right materials to use for postage and all my customers get their items safely I’ve never had one damage ever since I’ve been using Menai. If I can give this 100 star or more I definitely wouldI highly recommend Menai best customer service always cream and tidy I have even observed them with other customers and I can tell salon and his team are loved by so many people if your looking for the best post office just go into MenaiThank you salon and team for everything I really appreciate its and all the help with growing my business

Easily, the slowest and rudest post office I’ve ever had the privilege of attending - having moved into Menai . The staff are just rude, especially the mid age lady with glasses - so rude and dismissive . Deliberately works slowAnother attendant was actually eating at the window - talking to a customer whilst chewing away at a bag of chipsAus post is bad, but this is the worse of the worse . Avoid at all costs

From my personal experience, I have always received really great customer service from this Post Office, which I frequent often, to both pickup items and post them. The staff have helped me, answered any questions, made suggestions as to what I should do in regard to particularly difficult parcels. No issues from me.

Absolutely disgusting service, where they haven't even tried to deliver a parcel. We were home, waiting for the parcel, the front door was opened all the time, so we could not miss it. Also I saw a post van that stopped in front of a neighbour's house but nobody came out of there. A few minutes after we received a message that they tried to deliver but nobody was home. well done, liers.

I've saw this place had terrible reviews and was quite surprised. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff have always greeted me and processed my transaction promptly. Sometimes the que can be out the door, but in fairness the place seems to be running at it's capacity with 3 or 4 people serving. I just do other shopping and come back. It would be less busy if useless courier drivers delivering parcels didn't just knock and run leaving the card in the door.

Wanted to drop off a parcel that was pre-booked and paid for. Large grumpy man behind counter scanned it, said 'it doesn't work' and just looked at me hoping I'd leave. No advice as to what I should do about posting my parcel or why it's wasn't working. Just staring at me like I was an idiot. When I asked what I should do, He told me to go to the the local library and print everything out?? Please. Turns out it was their system glitch.Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Take your business elsewhere.

Package has been sitting in the post office for 5 days. I don't know if it was an issue to do with the volume of postages but usually even the busiest post offices don't take that long
