I’ve been living in a property for six years under this strata company. I have had four floods inside the house which have still not been fixed. The carpets are stained and are starting to fray. They are meant to be helping the owners of the unit I’m renting after contact the realty many many many times. The place is not getting looked after for the owner nor myself.I highly recommend you don’t use these people because you will not get things done.Naydine and Ali have not got back to me to have these issues fixed by the builder and are just letting things ride.I feel sorry for the owner they are not getting looked after with the money they pay for this.No regulations are kept in regards to peace or quite for residents just a letter sent to the people and no follow ups.It’s disgusting
