Deep Blue Hot Springs Warrnambool

I did really enjoy going here, the only detraction was the cost. $68 entry and $21 for a towel, robe and locker was a bit steep. The session lasts for 3 hours but I didn't stay for all of it, I think most people would struggle to spend 3 hours in there because they are really warm and you get overheated even if it's cold out.

My partner and i went and enjoyed the 45 minute salt therapy session, the service was amazing and the experience was even better. it was so relaxing, could have been a bit more sound proof as we kept hearing doors slam, but an all round positive experience,

A relaxing place to spend a couple of hours and like it so much that we returned the following day. Also good that it was not crowded.However not giving 5 stars as I was unable to attend 8am session the second day. Hoping that hours opened are clearly specified on web-site. And pleasant greetings and smiles from reception will go a long way to make customers more welcome

Such a refreshing and relaxing place to drop by when you visit Warrnambool. Very clean locker room and bathroom. A locker costs around $6 and a must if you have belongings to bring with you. Lovely separate springs and cold pools that you can hop on and off. The downside I have experienced was the dome restaurant inside the vicinity, thought there was a menu but you can only have coffees, teas and some fruits and fridge sandwiches you can order. Wish there was more variety.

Lovely hot and cold baths to relax and enjoy, specifically great to iron out muscle pain and tension. Fabulous results. I felt blissfully calm and relaxed all day.

Regrettably, I am compelled to give this establishment a low rating, although it pains me to do so. My recent experience was nothing short of dreadful, and perhaps sharing my feedback will serve some purpose.The preceding evening, I had made a reservation for a private bathhouse, scheduled for 10 am. To my surprise, at 9:45 am, I received a call from Jo at the reception, asserting that my booking was actually for 9:30 am, and inquiring whether I was en route. I promptly clarified that my reservation was, in fact, for 10 am. Jo's response was rather curt, stating, Well

We have enjoyed your services on several occasions and I have regularly talked you up to friends and although it is a much longer drive to arrive in Warrnambool we have generally found it more relaxing compared to Daylesford or Rye due to there being less people in your hot springs and the more relaxed feel.However after tonight I’m not sure that we’ll be returning or promoting your venue. When we arrived tonight for the 6pm session it was not relaxing at all, we spent the first hour trying to find space in greatly overcrowded hot pools. In that first hour we would have spent about 15 mins out of the pools looking for space where we weren’t going to invade other patrons personal space. After 7pm it was slightly better however we probably didn’t completely relax in your hot springs until after 7:30pm when you could find space in most hot pools without feeling like you were invading other individuals space.We also mentioned this when leaving your establishment and the young attendant apologized and stated that the session was overbooked. Unsure why you would do this especially leading into winter.Very disappointing that I emailed management directly as that was what your staff recommended after I spoke to them about the over booking. They apologized and recommended that I emailed management directly however after 2 weeks still haven’t heard back. Just a lame generic response to this post that you keep trotting out. I won’t be back!Also disappointing that you regularly over book and leave your young staff to bear the brunt of disappointed customers- pathetic management!

What can I say???? This place was amazing. I wanted to treat my wife to the hot springs on a recent holiday. I thought I might tag along to see what the fuss was all about. Well, I’m glad I did. It was the best 2 1/2 hours of the trip. Many pools to choose from and relax. The cold plunge pool will really awaken you. Different temperatures and different moods. All natural and I must say I felt amazing. The best ever. The next day I felt alive. Too bad there is nothing here in Adelaide like this. We will definitely return.
