A new grand piano, some tricky stairs and a very nervous client - but they put me at ease, were super friendly and professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and did it with good humour and total professionalism. “Extreme Pianos” was my best ever move. Communication was fantastic. Their techniques and equipment were superior to other movers I've hired for previous pianos.Two brothers effortlessly moved my huge (415 kg) grand, a Yamaha C7. They worked almost silently; each seemed to know exactly what the other was doing. Everything seemed so easy. They were super efficient, organised and dedicated. Their names are Trevor and Mark.After a 85km journey the piano arrived still perfectly in tune and not a mark anywhere. To be sure, I thoroughly cleaned the entire piano and played it for a week before writing this review.Thoughtfully they placed a ramp “bridge” from truck to front porch, bypassing the 6 front steps. This saved money and also prevented jolting the piano.The piano was positioned exactly as I asked. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

You did a great job for us for the 2 pianolas that had to be taken from Syd. to the Central Coast andNewcastle. Great job. It was very professional and not a mark on them. Many thanks.

Not only the best piano movers in Sydney but the most consistently good. 13 moves with them since 2008. Trever and the boys have done some full on magic getting my Disklavier up and down the craziest stairs, into weird inner west apartments, from all the way in the northmost side of Sydney to bowral. When the bushfires hit they stored my piano for me which would have been at risk of going up, no extra charge. When covid hit and me paying my invoice late being in the arts and suddenly having no work, when I booked them for another move they just got on with it and didn't make me feel bad for it. Good people. Absolute Legends! Piano is still in perfect condition.

Trevor and his wonderful team of 6 men moved my huge upright down dodgy narrow stairs and a tiny turnaround on the landing with such ease and always jovial.I'd recommend these guys without hesitation. Worth every cent!

Fay, Trevor and Lee were fantastic. They kept me up to date on what was happening with the move at all times. Their price was very good and much much cheaper than other piano movers. The guys did a great job of getting my baby grand inside of my home and took the utmost of care. Would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again.

Fay was beyond helpful, had me up to date on the entire journey.... Trevor, Les and Mark.... well they did the unthinkable and got a colossal Piano / Pianola up on my back deck effortlessly and so meticulous, particular so as to not cause any scratches or damage to my new deck. My son’s 15th birthday and all he wants is a piano. Well the guys didn’t disappoint. On time, courteous polite and professional. Can’t wait till the fella gets home tomorrow and sees what the guys have done for him. Fay, Trevor and Lee were amazing. The process of moving the family pianola was so easy thanks to their professional and friendly manner. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Extreme Piano for their service! I contacted another company and was far more impressed with Faye's customer service. She ensured that my move would be stress free and even assisted us with the storage of my piano so that it didn't clash with our house move.
