They have many staffs, but service is sooo slow. Waited for 15+ mins for my meal. The fries are soft, coffees are not strong. New trainees walking around slowly doing nothing, but fixing his hair.

I come to this McDonald’s every now and then to get a cappuccino and a toasty and every time i end up leaving with a so called “cappuccino” that is actually a flatwhite.no chocolate powder no froth. EVERYTIMEThe toasty on the other hand is meant to be toasted but to me it’s like it’s been rushed and the employees sort of just slap it all together and give it to me.I ordered a toasty this morning along with my “cappuccino” which was a flat white & my toasty wasent even toasted!! It was so cold I couldn’t even eat it , the ham cheese and tomato all fell out of the bread while I’m trying to eat this. it was disgusting.the crew trainer who gave me my order looked like he hated his job. no smiling no greeting , I got nothing. pretty disappointing.I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the only McDonalds in Melbourne!

Poor service, did not listen to my order. I ordered two 10pc chicken nugget meals and asked for it fresh and they gave me 1 meal with two drinks and it wasnt fresh. Like honestly how hard is it to get an order right bruh ..

Wrong order, long wait, bad service.We ordered a classic grilled chicken salad with balsamic dressing at the drive thru along with other items. The salad came completely wrong, with no dressing, no tomato, no cucumber, no red onion. We didn't have any serviettes in our bag so we had to eat without being able to clean our hands or mouths. To top it off, we had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting bay (during which time 3 or 4 cars arrived, parked, ordered takeaway inside the restaurant and received their food and left) and the staff did not even care to apologise.

I love Macca's. It's Cheap and Affordable or at least was till we got the Inflation Virus. LOL. It caters for both sides of the community with a basic burger to the Angus or even double stacks. The shoe string fries are my favourite. ( Can be a disappointment as more than on one occasion I got burnt fries and also stale soggy ones). But, it was too late after my late shift at 1.00 am morning. So, I was to tired to take a U turn. This needs fixing. The other thing is with Self serve screens, it now leaves more time on the staff. The tables need regular checks and need to be cleared and cleaned(well), not sticky clean. Of course we have our shares of idiots in society who have no decency of cleaning up after they finish eating. But, if you leave a damp cloth or wipe I am happy to clean myself. Staff are helpful and well mannered. Yes. I will sure visit the place again.

Today l unfortunately dropped my wallet on the floor in your restaurant. (l didn't know that at the time obviously!)l was rushing around in a panic, going out to my car looking and then back inside, and then your very kind staff member Alicia walked up to me and asked if l was Steve. (She had obviously seen my name and pic on my licence.) l then noticed Alicia was holding my wallet and with a lovely smile returned it to me. She then asked me if l wanted to order and processed it immediately with no fuss!l wish to thank Alicia very much and to remind management that she is such a great asset to your business! l certainly will not forget her genuine kindness and honesty in a hurry!Thank you,Steven Davis

This venue is honestly just a joke.Use to be good a couple of months ago had no issues whatsoever and wonderful customer service.Now I don't know whether it's a new team or new management but whatever it is, it's just a pathetic execution of customer service/hospitalityA couple week ago I regularly order through menu log for the last orders they have missed the entire meal and only supplied sides. Like do you have a brain ? Do you actually want to work there? Because the repeat failures through menulog is entirely inexcusable I have had to go to another McDonald's that actually meet customer service/hospitality standards.Today I went to dine in to see if it was just a online service issue. No it was not once again this venue failed to follow basic instructions and did not follow what was ordered. This was face to face so nor only do they fail on the online department they are also a failure face to face/dine in. It was said to have no certain ingredients due to allergies and what happens they serve the exact thing that could of sent two people in anaphalsis if we hadn't discovered it ourselves. This venue does not listen or care for customers dietary needs or meet customer service standards. Watch out because clearly they do not care if they could kill you with their pathetic efforts and disregarding ohs policies and dietary requirements don't go here!!!!

Absolutely fantastic food, fast delivery, and well made, one of the best I've been to in sa/Vic well done to your cooking crew. This is how burgers should be made. One bad negative if doing quater pounders make the buns the same size as the meat patty its very annoying
