I have worked at BaptistCare for the past 2 years, and its not a job for me its more like a family. Its not your typical corporate company, its an organisation of many teams with a vision and strong purpose and passion to care for our older seniors in our communities. That's what gets me out of bed! I am no number, I am person they have truly invested a lot of care and time into, thank you!!

I started at BaptistCare in a contract role and am happy to say I am still here over 3 years later. I'm part of an amazing team, doing really great things - things that really matter. It's been such a change for me to work for an organisation that aims to live by our values every day. It's refreshing, and perhaps even more than that, inspiring. It really tough for the entire sector at the moment, but seeing the efforts behind the scenes and how much people care about what we do, makes it easy to get out of bed and come to work every day.
