Great service Heaps better and More knowledgeable then Upper Mount Gravatt who Ripped me off.

I don't know why there's not way more great reviews - these guys:- Have very competitive rates- Can give a quote over the phone (none of that call-out fee or quote fee nonsense)- Don't charge a lot for pickup and delivery (round-trip just $20 for Sunnybank [they're based in Coopers Plains]; other places quote $65-75 just for one-way within 25km)- Have no delays for service in March (other places are backed up 2-4 weeks)- Have relatively fast service time (3 days for a ride-on mower)- Work on weekends (mower was delivered Saturday morning, on time as per appointment)Also, the owner Sean personally answers calls, is very easygoing, and can speak Chinese Mandarin too.There is no reason to put up with delays with other less competitive places already backed up with business - give Sean a call for your mower repair needs.

Put my push mower (Rover Quattro 40) in for a service on Wednesday Morning and had it back by early Friday afternoon. Great turnaround. Diagnosed the problem, did a service and changed the blades all for around $140. Can only confirm the 5 star reviews are well deserved. Great economical service and worth repairing good quality machines rather than creating more landfill.

I bought an ECHO electric trimmer. It has an atomatic wind up for wire! I mowed 50 square metres of my yard. Foot long grass, and it cost me only 15 minutes! Stronger even than a mower and so light because of the carbon fiber body. It's the most enjoyable purchases during the last 10 years. Very sincere two young people, hardworking, honest and humble. Taiwanese, but the service attitude is the same as those big Japanese companies. From chat to install, checkout, till I drave away. It was less than 20 minutes in total, but I really felt the urge to work with these lovely and happy young men for the rest of my life. Many local businesses know nothing about service, but they are still arrogant and love to treat their customers like beggers. I hope that all the competitors go to this store to learn what service standards are.

This is how you should operate a business. Jake was the most polite, helpful, and considerate person you could meet. Not only was my job completed before the quoted time, Jake went above and beyond a 'mere service' and charged me less than the quoted price. He also gave me really helpful advice so that I could maintain my mower myself. Professional, polite, honest, I couldn't recommend Engine Smith Jake any higher...I wish there were 10 stars!
