The Beauty & Brow Parlour Epping

I have been going here regularly for eyebrow threading and tinting. I returned home, put my glasses on so I could see and was faced with a nightmare. One eyebrow looked like it had been hacked with a slice cut out and now looks crooked and mishapen. I have thin eyebrows to start with so there is no room for error. This has destroyed it.

I’ve been using Eyebrow Parlour for almost 7 years now. It was my first time to go to the one in Pacific Epping today. I did clean up of my eyebrows as usual and once done I was asked to pay 15$ which is a service I usually pay 12$ for. I was surprised and even said that the pricing brochure on their desk showed 12$ not 15$ for women’s eyebrows. The lady said that this brochure is old and needs to be updated as well as the price listing on the shop’s window. I paid accordingly but was still suspicious so I opened your website and checked and found that the service is for 12$. So I don’t if the employees there are trying to ripe of customers and making up prices or what’s the deal? Apart from that not all of them were wearing masks and were threading using their mouth which made me uncomfortable from the hygienic point of view. Thanks

This place is a hit and miss, depending on who does your eyebrows. Some of them are great and others are half asleep.One of them ruined my eyebrows, did a messy tint, forgot to thread one of them and then remembered later and tried to fix it- AFTER she had put the gel on. She tried to thread my eyebrow while it was wet.. this was another level of stupid.I knew she ruined the shape but I didn’t trust her to fix it, so I left. I think I need to find another place, with people who understand what a cleanup actually means.

Completely disappointed and upset.I have been going to the store in epping for the last 4 years every 3-4 weeksNever had this issuesWent yesterday 16/7 at 8pmI asked for a clean and came back with uneven, thin and gaps in my eyebrowNot sure what to say to be honest

I have had good experiences here but the online hours need to be updated. I arrived at 4:56 pm on a Monday and was told they were closed even though it says 5:30 online. Very frustrating and would appreciate if online hours were accurate.
