You won't be disappointed with the prices thats for sure! I got so much fresh produce for such a crazy low price. I'm happy with the service and quality of the products.

If I could this store a zero stars I would. Every time I walk into this store I experience racism I am constantly followed down isles but no one offering to help me when I need help. I am a woman of colour, I actually love this store but Allison checks my bags every time I go in. I never see her check anybody else’s bag unless they are a person of colour. This is racial discrimination and if something isn’t done about this I.e her being fired I will be taking this further as this is against the law. Until this issue is resolved I will be telling every one not to shop here as the owner seems to be fine with racism

I use to love shopping here as the range is great and fruit is awesome BUT just one person of your staff either needs to be fired or not a supervisor! I actually can't believe she's a supervisor. every single time I come here ALLISON asks to check my bags and pram and today even accused me of stealing! none of the other staff ever ask to check my bags and are all super kind and outgoing and smiling and can always have a good conversation, but every single time I'm there Allison has the most sour look on her face, she's very dismissive, always rolling her eyes and always has a bad tone in her voice, today I had enough and asked her why she needed to check my bag every single time I'm there as I've never seen her check anyone else's she then said I'm just doing my job and usually if people refuse to get the bag checked they're guilty" first of all I didn't even refuse her to check my bag I pulled it out and let her check it. I'm a poc and seeing her only ever check my bag gives of incredibly racist vibes. everything else about this place is great except for Allison. something needs to be done about her ASAP. I wont be coming back here again and will be going some place different as to avoid Allison and her pathetic attitude."

I have never experienced such racism from a store in my life. I am a person of colour and every time I shop here I am always asked to have my bags checked by Allison the supervisor. I have noticed that she never asks to check anybody else’s bags except other people of colour. I will not be shopping here again unless something is done about her either her being fired or demoted from her position. She has no value for customers of colour, always rolling her eyes, sighing under her breath and always has an attitude. If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

You can buy the tastier and healthier Queen Garnet plums at a cheaper price here. Parking is a nightmare. Try to park it outside to save time. Otherwise, it's a no frills fruit and veg market.

I had not one but two very unpleasant experience at Leisure Coast while shopping there recently. I was at the checkout and the cashier attending to me was Carina, Mexican by descent as I was told. I was harassed by her when I returned my shopping basket to a spot that she was not happy about. In an annoyed tone, and audible to other customers, she asked me to remove the basket because it shouldn’t be there.The second incident: As I was already in the queue waiting to pay and like many of us, I forgot something and had to run back to the aisle to get it. But when I came back, she told me that I couldn’t just run back and forth to the aisle and expect to be in the same spot. She even went as far as asking the people behind me whether did I jumped the queue! I told her that I simply went to get one item and she didn’t have to make such a big fuss and caused so much drama. She then threatened me in a loud voice saying “DONT YOU DARE TO COME TO MY CHECKOUT AGAIN. And this was in front of all the other customers who were just as astounded by her outburst as me.As long as this disgraceful and obnoxious character is working there, I will not set foot at Leisure Coast again. I will be shopping elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

Allison has been visibly racist towards black people of colour shopping at this store. Myself and my friend are both Aboriginal, however I am white passing whilst she is dark skinned. Alison asked my friend to stop and check her bags whilst letting me pass through completely unchecked. This store is NOT SAFE for people of colour, including the tradional custodians of this land. should be ashamed

Superb quality and prices. Bulk purchasing heaven. Gets busy and the carpark is small. Premises is partially air-conditioned and the checkout is good. I had no mobile service inside so make sure you have no need to transfer money at the checkout. Otherwise a great place for value.
