Doesn't matter how many people you talk tooin the service department you can guarantee they will miss something and stuff you around .Second time vehicle has been dropped in to get part fitted and second time they missed it.

Absolutely top notch from walking in the showroom for a browse to taking delivery of our new F Pace R Sport. Nothing was to much trouble and the entire process was effortless. Excellent service - Dmax 2019 due 75k service . Requested 2 timing belts and brake check. All done and courtesy vehicle came and picked us up upon request. Car was washed well - best Isuzu dealer and service on our trip around AustraliaThank you to the nice service staff.

I live 700 kms from the dealership , mick made the experience so easy , I drove down traded in my old car , i was litterally in the dealership less than 20mins driving out with my new car . Mick made sure I had new tyres full service ! Can't recommend mick or the dealership enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Blacklocks team. Andrew as my Sales Manager went above and beyond to ensure my new car was everything it looked to be online. Given I live too far away to of seen the car in real life I bought my BMW without taking it for a test drive first. Andrew kept in constant contact with me while the progress of my finance took place and was extremely professional and patient with my thousand questions!I would also like to thank the finance team, especially Daniel for his patience with me as well. Nothing was too much trouble and the entire process was very smooth.Delivery driver Phil was so kind to spend time showing me how to drive my new BMW and ensure safe delivery to Sydney.I would buy another car from this team in a heartbeat.Thanks again
