I chose Just Spas, the Cyclone Zephyr 3 seater, due to the different jet combinations compared to other brands. The fact that they are Australian made and use only the best quality parts was a big factor. The staff were extremely helpful, answering all my questions. It was well worth the wait and after a hard days work there is nothing like getting in, letting the jets and bubbles do their work on the tired aching muscles and joints then relaxing in the still warm water. After many years of “thinking about” purchasing a spa I finally chose Just Spas and the Cyclone Zephyr 3 seater. The size, jet combinations and the fact that it is Australian made were the major factors, along with the fact that I know that the after sales service, should I require it, will be outstanding. From the first time I entered their store to the final handover, they were great. The staff know their products and were extremely helpful, keeping me informed all the way along the process. The delivery went like clockwork, and they worked to my limited availability for the install. I cannot recommend this firm enough. Great job guys, and thank you.

We have ordered a swim spa from Just Spas Adelaide. Although the delivery time was long due to COVID influence on supply chains, the spa was completed a month BEFORE the deadline. It was delivered expertly and located precisely where we wanted it by the delivery team. The delivery driver recommended an electrician who promptly, efficiently and pleasantly connected our spa and gave us initial instructions how to run it. Soon thereafter John came to make a formal delivery. It was a pleasant and efficient visit. We have ordered the spa because I have a need for hydrotherapy. I have used it regularly for a week after delivery and already see my condition improving. John send us free tickets for Pool and Spa Expo so that we can come there and select additional equipment.Overall, a pleasant and health improving experience.Renata and Maciej

I have chronic pain and chronic illness, including fibromyalgia. Buying the Connect spas has be the best thing i have done for myself, i go in the spa about 4 to 5 times a week and im in less pain and its great for my fatigue. Its like having a massage every day, I feel invigorated and more relaxed.

The consideration of having a Spa was a to & fro for a few months, I noticed that the Pool & Spa show was on so we dropped in just for some ideas. We started at the Just Spas stand, then walked the entire show stopping at every spa retailer before deciding that Just Spas were the right company. We initially wanted something small, however after the salesperson told us to sit inside some of the displayed spa we knew the Cyclone Monsoon was the best fit for us, plenty of space for just the two of us, plus family and friends. I thought there would be a lot involved, and there probably is, however the team @Gepps Cross - John & Wade made this feel simple, the process was completely explained both verbally & written, our concerns (being first time spa owners) were quickly and competently handled, the external support provided for delivery (by Domonic) & electrical connection (by Barry - also utilised while on site to do some lighting & PowerPoints) was to completed to a very high standard. The post sales service has also been excellent, making all up a big purchase and brand new adventure feel relaxing and easy. The spa has been great and we do love it. We feel like the electricity has gone up more than it was pitched at point of sale and the use of chemicals and cleaning of the filter wasn't so clear. Maybe it was clearer at the local pool shop but Just Spas staff have been responsive to calls and the seems look a good product after using it for a number of months.

We got our Singature SwimSpa over 7 months ago. Was the best investment we made in our backyard, our backyard is almost finished. Services from knowledgeable staff was great but the after sales service has been next level. Any issue we have had they have fixed or been able to guide us to fix ourselves.

We purchased the Dyad spa for our houseboat on the Murray River in SA and it has been the best thing we ever did, we bought it from just Spas at Gepps cross. The guys there were so helpful pre and post delivery we couldn’t be happier !!! Thanks John and wade for all of your help we absolutely love it !!!Cheers Geoff & Jacqui
