Had my cruiser rust proofed a few years ago here, as i did not want certain parts of my new suspension coated they taped and wrapped up everything I didn't want coated and listend to my requests with no problems. Excellent job. 5 stars earned.

Great service and stress free. Tony has done a fabulous job. He coordinated well and helped me undertake a seamless claim with my insurance and repair of of both my husband and my vehicles.We could go away on holidays and know that Tony would organise an excellent repair on our vehicles and come back after a great holiday knowing that our cars were fully repaired. Picked my 2008 HSV up yesterday after an unfortunate accident that caused damage to my rear end. Tony, Nathan and the rest of the staff at Nambour Smash Repairs were excellent to deal with and very happy to reassure a very fussy customer that his car was receiving only the best care. The workmanship is faultless and I couldn't be happier! Thank you very much to the whole team, I very much recommend them.

Absolute stunning job!! Went above and beyond in their work. Even shined up our rims. Couldn’t be happier with their welding job. Something many people refused to do and they did it. Definitely will come back for any repairs. Thanks to the mates that worked on our car.

Service promised was not what was recieved. Underbody rustproofing completed to a satisfactory level, however was not told it takes a few days to cure.We also paid a premium of $275 for a cut and polish however when we picked up the vehicle it still had bird poo, bugs and dirt marks clearly visible. Once questioned we were informed by Tony, that we could come back tomorrow and he would have it re washed. We live 45mins away. We also had an interior detail completed at a cost of $100, on pick up there was still suction cup marks on the windscreen and dust still visible on the center consult. Again we were told that they had spent more than $100 worth of time on the interior on a vehicle that doesnt have carpet or needed seats shampooed. So $100 for a vacuum.Paint chips also were to be touched up, however finished product is not professional and not what you would expect from a reputable smash repairs.When all concerns and issues were raised to Tony, he was not accommodating and somewhat rude. He made a very poor attempt to clean off the bugs etc with a dirty rag.Overall very disappointed with the service and finished product that we paid over a $1000 for and still need to get someone to detail and polish the vehicle properly.

Post repair inspection was poor-ve terminal was left loose and collapsed in traffic without a spanner!New bonnet replaced but windscreen washer tube left disconnected, issue noticed during major downpourHave had better work

These guys helped out my daughter in such a pleasant and professional way. They went to a lot of extra trouble and didn't overcharge. They were really busy but managed to solve what was a disaster for her without any fuss.

From the time I first rang this company to do the insurance work on our car, everyone was so polite and helpful. We were given a lift home and picked up from home to collect the vehicle when it was repaired. What a wonderful surprise to find the car had been cleaned inside and out, without even knowing it was to be done. The car was repaired one day earlier than expected as well.The people at this business and the quality of service and their work is as good as it gets and it feels great to have had them look after us.No hesitation in recommending Nambour Smash Repairs...what a pleasant experience.
