We live in FNQ and organised the purchase of our new car mainly by email correspondence with Mustafa. He was always prompt to reply and nothing was too difficult. There was a small delay in the ETA but we were being updated on a weekly and towards the end daily basis, so the delay didn't really matter and was outside the control of the dealers anyway.We love our Kia and would recommend Cricks Kia to anyone looking at joining the Kia family, even if you don't live on the Sunshine Coast!
