been coming here for 7 years. Reception staff kind and efficient. Surgery light and airy with soft music.... Expect to wait 30 minutes or so to see doctor. That is not a problem.. Understand that timing with appointments cant always be judged.

We just moved to the area and found the surgery very good. People are generally kind and helpful here. Our young kids were comfortable here too.

Couldn’t have been a worse experience, after booking a month in advance my daughter (4 years old) and I checked in and waited 45 minutes with no communication from the reception staff. We got into the Dr and had forgotten our blue book. The Dr, Jill Suss, I believe made it awkward and uncomfortable for us by demanding we have the book to the point that a disagreement and argument broke out. No bedside manner, no understanding, no duty of care, just an excuse of ‘if you bring the book back later I don’t have time to fill it in’. Serious time management issues and a lack of understanding after being made to wait for all that time. We re booked at Riverside Medical Centre in West Gosford and were treated great, in and out in 30 minutes! Look elsewhere for your Dr!

Not uncommon to be still sitting in the waiting room an hour + after your allotted appointment. Very mis-managed !!!
