Kingfisher Caravan Park

Cute little caravan park. Not much to do in Tin can bay. We tried to go out for a drink at 7.30pm on the Friday night and nothing was open. Great if your looking for serenity, fishing and relaxation.

Do you need a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and you want quietness, and a place to sit and just relax? Well kingfisher Caravan Park is the place for you. Kingfisher Caravan Park is an absolutely amazeballs awesome Caravan Park. As soon as you arrive you are welcomed by huge smiling faces by the reception staff. For us we were welcomed by Alex. Alex would have to be one of the nicest Ladies we have ever met. With her information she shared with us of Tin Can Bay and everything we can do at Tin Can Bay really made a great Holiday. All the caravan sites are bordered by garden beds with beautiful plants. The amenities were very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend kingfisher Caravan Park for anyone to stay at. Gets my vote hands down.

Arrived on a stormy night and got a little lost (due to google) but Glenn was outside waiting for us - to direct us to our cabin. Absolutely top rate cabin, nicely refurbed.Glenn, you are 1 in a million. Your wealth of knowledge of the area and recommendations for places to visit was above and beyond.Would tell everyone to book in and enjoy their stay :-)

It was so peaceful! The cabin was massive with cool airy breezes. The host was super friendly and helpful. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery. I was expecting it to be noisy at night due to my cabin being on the esplanade, but it was so peaceful! No traffic even though it was a weekend during the school holidays. Such a cute sleepy seaside town. I loved our holiday.(They like to close the office at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. So if you're booking in on a Sunday make sure you arrive before then ;)

Loved our stay here. Beautiful tropical gardens, grass sites & plenty of room. Loved the live musicians who played guitar & sang. The gentleman in reception did a great job of his handover, giving us everything we needed to know in the area. Dog friendly park and amazing dog walks along the foreshore. Lovely quiet park.

Caravan park beautifully looked after. Toilets clean and fairly modern. Lovely spot to stay.

Stayed in our caravan on a grassed site,the gardens and lawns were very unkept, the amenities were not cleaned properly and smelt of urine, the ladies showers sprayed everywhere but on you and had very little water to the extent hair washing was impossible, such a shame great location, and so much to do.
