Merium was great at koala living. Very helpful. the new layout of the store makes everything easier to view and shop. Definitely coming back for more furniture

I am not satisfied with my experience at Koala living at all, especially with the deliveriesWe ordered sofas and chairs before Christmas and received half in January. For the rest, they told me it’s going to be mid-February but emailed me later that it’s going to be in MarchAfter three months, they were delivering it to me today, but they just brought me the sofas, not the chairsThey are not telling me the reason why the chairs are in the warehouse, but they didn't deliver itAlso, this is their mess after leaving

Extremely happy with the products that we have bought from Koala Living. We have bought quite a lot. Staff at Springvale are always helpful and polite. (5 Stars)Delivery, which is outsourced (not from Koala) needs improvement though. However if you like a 'dump boxes and leave" delivery service
