Rack N Roll

I have had my Rack N Roll for years now and it has never let me down. I recently ordered some new parts for the rack as I have lost them over time and Lee's customer service was absolutely awesome and I received the parts next day.I highly recommend Rack N Roll, best bike rack and best customer service going.

I stumbled on to Rack N Roll while surfing the internet for an option.I called and spoke to Leeroy, after explaining my situation and Leeroy asking a few questions, Leeroy advised that he would be able to modify an existing type of bike carrier to suit my needs.My transport needs were some what challenging as the scooter weighs 42 kg and bike 23 kg. The fact that bike needed a particular set up and the scooter was a completely different shape & size needed its own set up and fixings.I passed on measurements that Leeroy required, I asked a number of questions about the fabrication and how it was going to work. At every stage of communication I grew more and more confident that this was going to be a big win for me and the transport of my bike & scooter. Leeroys vast experience at manufactoring and preparedness to make something that is not cookie cutter was so rewarding for me.Now it's one thing to communicate & fell all warm and fuzzy about what you think you are getting. The proof was in the pudding! After opening the well prepared packaging with all items labeled and instructions accompanied, the quality of the workmanship and product was to lift me to another happy level.I am just as happy with my new rack as I am with my new bike & scooter. I'm sad to say that I even just enjoy waxing and polishing the rack as much as my bike.
