Purchased a travel suitcase from this place and am extremely happy with it! Not only works perfectly but looks cool too, because let’s be honest everyone needs a good looking travel suitcase... service was top shelf as well! Overall awesome experience, will for sure be a returning customer!

BE VERY WARY WITH BUYING AT THIS STOREBought a bag for $130 on the 6/6/19 and when I got it home I realized it was too small, I went back on the 10/6/19 and the same lady allowed me to swap it over... which I did to a bag that cost me a total of $175, (so I paid the additional $45 ..... it broke 4 days later and I went back for a refund on 18/6/19 and had my credit card statement showing the 2 transactions and the receipt for the latter $45 .... I was told that she didn’t know anything about it as she didn’t serve me initially and she said the bag I bought was only $79 (so I was overcharged $96! ). I asked her if she could tell me who worked on the day I bought the bag and when would she be in again but she wouldn’t tell me,I asked if she could call her supervisor, she said no .... then she completely ignored me standing at the counter. I kept asking for her supervisor to no avail, I said I’ll come back everyday until the lady who initially served me was working and left. The next day another lady was working still not the initial lady who sold me the bag, she did call the supervisor and I was told I could only get a refund of $79 even tho I had proof of purchase for $175. I went back the next day and the initial lady Greta was finally working, she told me she couldn’t help me but she would call me later today 20/6/19 after she spoke with the supervisor with at least a credit note for the $175 I spent on the bag but I received no call. I am now going to consumer affairs. BE VERY WARY ABOUT BUYING AT THIS STORE.

DO NOT BUY HERE - THEY HIDE THEIR REFUND POLICY - IT'S NOT ON THEIR RECEIPTS, POLICY IS HIDDEN BELOW COUNTER (THEY HAD A SUITCASE INFRONT OF IT WHEN I WAS THERE TRYING TO GET A REFUND) AND STAFF DO NOT LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU HAND OVER YOUR MONEY. NO REFUNDS! BE CAREFUL ... VERY SNEAKY STORE OWNER. Purchased a bag ($242) for my mum. It was too heavy for her to carry. Took it back anticipating a full refund. There's nothing on their receipt to indicate their return policy. I'm refused a refund but will exchange / voucher. I point out there's nothing I need and it's unlikely I will in the future. Apparently I should have read their return policy. Where's that? It's under their counter and hidden by a suitcase and handbag (see pic). I asked to speak to the manager and apparently they don't have one!!!! Obviously I was speaking to her. She said wouldn't even know how to process it through the till. I've since heard she's been there for years and is the manager! What a liar ... shame on her ripping people off. She says she wants to cry because I've upset her ... I've upset her??? I've just blown $242 and would have much preferred to give it to a homeless person than a well dressed deceitful shop owner. I walked past a few minutes later and surprise, surprise she'd moved the bag! Their no return policy should be on their receipts and displayed clearly on top of their counter, not hidden out of view. Very, very sneaky. They are not honest and transparent. Oh and if you're wondering why I've not given my name, it's because she refused to give me hers.It's interesting reading the reviews. She only responds to the positive feedback but doesn't even attempt to come up with a solution to the disgruntled customer, nothing, just ignores you. One would think an unhappy customer is far more important than accepting pats on the back.

Went to return $149 handbag purchased 2 days previously, only to be told a refund would not be given. At time of purchasing I enquired if I could return if not suitable and assistant said “yes, of course”. Be very wary of purchasing from this store!
