Slav is honestly one of the best mechanics I've ever come across. I had an emergency where I had dropped a few components in the engine bay with no hope of getting them out... I contacted Slav requesting he help me out on very short notice (AND on a public holiday as well). He arrived within 30mins of my phone call and sorted me out.
