Defendant a BIG YES for me I'll be goin back to OFFICE NATIONAL GLADSTONE for sure. Staff were very nice and helpful answered all my questions about Paint Pens other stuff They REALLY DO know about the PRODUCTS THEY STOCK.

Very helpful and pleasant staff prepared to go the extra mile. I needed to see a certain product in action and they simply opened one up and let me try, although there was a chance that the item might not be in saleable condition afterward. Staff in a competing stationery store weren't prepared to open the product so I could test it's claims, so they missed out on the resulting bulk order.
