Not much variety or selection, quite a messy store especially the baby area. Never any staff when you need to ask for something, always having to use self serve, and then being watched like a hawk! & being accused of stealing when you hadn’t! And no proof to say so! Maybe they should open the checkouts! Us as customers are not paid to do their jobs for them! The old Kmart was a lot better brring back the old Kmart and target!!

Usually an excellent range of goods at competitive prices. Currently, many products are unavailable due to shipping and supply constraints. Best to check online for store availability to avoid being disappointed.

Often stock strewn all over the place if there is any, clothing not categorised appropriately. The staff greeting you are always friendly but finding staff for assistance can be a pain and they are often dismissive. I have personally spent longer than necessary just to find a coat in store and often can't find any sizes outside of 6-8 and 18+ so those who are in-between may struggle to go in store to purchase a basic pair of leggings or jeans, underwater is also hard to come by and coat sizes are getting smaller and smaller overall. Children's clothing is very hit and miss, with only the bare essentials and often only a handful of items. Shoes are often left all over the floor or poorly hung on racks. It has been the same stock situation for six months with the exception of coats added due to cooler months setting in. If you have the option, save your time and head to Perth.

I still feel disappointed with the new store. Much smaller and less stock. Same friendly staff, but hate when I'm forced sometimes to use self checkout. Would sometimes rather drop basket and walk out rather than use them. Same as any other store that relies on self checkout. Great when you have customer service, but still disappointing compared to old kmart store we were used to.
